The ground floor of our lakeside lodge features a modern kitchen adjoining the lounge and dining area, fully equipped with quality appliances, including a double oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave—everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday.

The spacious, open-plan lounge/diner boasts nearly an entire wall of double-glazed windows, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. Large patio doors open onto a private deck, with two small steps leading to a lawn that stretches down to the water’s edge. Both indoor and outdoor living areas comfortably accommodate up to five adults, with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and drinks.

Inside, you’ll find a 55″ Smart TV with high-speed wireless internet for streaming services like Netflix, a DVD player, as well as a selection of books, games, and recent DVDs for your entertainment. The eco-friendly wood-burning pellet stove, with electronic ignition, self-cleaning function, and thermostatic temperature control, ensures a cosy and hassle-free living space.

The lodge has a downstairs shower room with a WC and hand basin, along with a refurbished upstairs bathroom featuring a large shower, bath, WC, and hand basin.

The master bedroom showcases a large picture window with breathtaking lake views. It has been recently fitted with oak furniture, including a double wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, and three sets of drawers. The second double bedroom overlooks the front of the property, with views of the sailing lake, and includes a new 4’6” double bed and mattress. Although space around the bed is limited, there is ample storage with drawers and a hanging rail. The third bedroom, also overlooking the sailing lake, features a double ottoman storage bed.

Set within well-maintained communal gardens, the lodge is part of the Spring Lake site, which offers a Brasserie bar and restaurant, a large enclosed timber play area for children, a 10mph speed limit for vehicles, and CCTV for a safe and family-friendly environment.

The lodge has one allocated parking space directly outside the property, with additional parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay, and additional linen and towel changes can be arranged for an extra charge.
