Our spacious two-story lodge accommodates up to four guests, featuring two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors offering serene lake views. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-sized bed and ample storage space. The open-plan first floor boasts a bright lounge area with vaulted ceilings, a modern kitchen/dining space, a 50″ smart TV, and a cozy wood burner. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking views of Howell’s Mere Lake, complete with a stylish rattan furniture set for alfresco dining.
The master bedroom is furnished with a super king bed & smart TV, and ample storage provided by a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two wooden-framed single beds, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV for added convenience.
On the first floor, the open-plan lounge and kitchen/dining area serve as the heart of the home. The vaulted ceiling and double-height windows highlight the stunning views and fill the space with natural light. The modern design is complemented by a large L-shaped sofa, a new 50″ LG Smart TV (with Netflix), and a contemporary wood burner, ensuring a blend of comfort and style.

Life At Lower Mill
Lower Mill Estate offers a perfect blend of nature and modern development within a 550-acre nature reserve. The estate is home to rich wildlife, including deer, otters, and badgers, alongside wildflower meadows, lakes, and woodlands, with two designated Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). With seven lakes, three rivers, and scenic meadows, only a third of the land is developed, leaving the rest untouched for nature conservation. Visitors can explore the area via foot, bike, kayak, or paddleboard—available for hire on-site—and enjoy picnic spots, streams, and ponds. Cooper’s Lodge guests have access to exclusive spa facilities, swimming pools, and a gym. Dining options include the Ballihoo Restaurant and a market for essentials.
