The spacious decking with hot tub also features outdoor dining, perfect for soaking up the sun or dining al fresco. Inside, the open-plan living area is designed for ultimate comfort, with brand new furniture and large windows and doors that offer uninterrupted views of the lake. It’s the perfect blend of modern living and nature, ensuring a truly relaxing stay.
The ground floor of the lodge features a newly fitted modern kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, making it ideal for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The spacious lounge/diner boasts a wall of double-glazed windows, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. Large patio doors lead out to a large private deck, just steps from the water’s edge. Both the indoor and outdoor living areas comfortably accommodate up to six adults, with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco meals and drinks. Entertainment is provided by a 55″ Smart TV with wireless internet for Netflix streaming.
The lodge has a utility/storage room to the side of the property, accessible from the inside. This features a washing machine and can be used for further storage.
Both bathrooms are recently refurbished. The ground floor bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower with WC and hand basin, while upstairs features a bath with shower hose, WC, and hand basin. The lodge has been fitted with electric panel heaters throughout to ensure you will keep warm and cosy during the colder months.
The master bedroom has a large picture window with stunning lake views, a double bed, and ample storage with built-in wardrobes. The second double bedroom overlooks the front of the property featuring a comfortable double ottoman bed for storage, though walking space around the bed is limited. The third bedroom also features a double bed
The lodge is set within well-maintained communal gardens. The Spring Lake site includes a Brasserie bar and restaurant, a large enclosed timber play area for children, and a 10 mph speed limit for vehicles, along with CCTV for a safe and family-friendly environment.
One allocated parking space is available close to the lodge, with additional parking nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Bed linens, tea towels, and indoor towels are provided for the duration of your stay, and additional linen or towel changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Our property is in a fantastic location with free parking provided on site. The Lakeside Brasserie is just 100 yards away and there are 3 lovely pubs in South Cerney village within walking distance. There are countless picturesque walks on your doorstep perfect for the family and your well-behaved pooch! As well as the pubs in the village, there is a Co-Op and One Stop for any essentials along with a very popular Fish & Chip shop ideal for a night in on the decking watching the sunset.
