Both the indoor and outdoor living spaces comfortably accommodate up to six adults, with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ perfect for alfresco dining and drinks. Inside, relax on the comfortable sofas while enjoying a flat-screen 40″ Smart TV with BT Hub for internet access and BT TV for on-demand streaming. The dining area is ideal for meals, or for family board games.

The master bedroom boasts a large picture window with stunning lake views, a private en-suite with shower, WC, and handbasin, and a comfortable king-sized bed with ample storage for your belongings. The second double bedroom overlooks the front of the property and features a 4’6” double bed with plenty of drawer space, though walking space around the bed is limited. The twin bedroom, also with views of the pond, offers two full-size single beds and a wardrobe.

The property is set in well-maintained communal gardens with barrier-controlled access and private security patrols, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment. Enjoy wildlife, scenic views, or make the most of the three on-site lakes for fishing and water activities such as canoeing or paddleboarding. The site also features three free tennis courts (one floodlit), table tennis, pool, table football, and a soft play area for toddlers, as well as a large, well-equipped children’s play park.

One set of bed linens, tea towels, and indoor towels are provided for your stay, with additional linen and towel changes available upon request for an extra charge. Free private parking is available on-site, with no reservation required.
